Last updated: October 2026These Terms are an agreement between Global Inventory Trading LLC, West Hollywood, CA 90038 ("Third Wheel Brands," "we," "us") and you. They govern your use of thirdwheelbrands.com (the "Site").

1. Business use

The Site is for business buyers, brand owners, licensors, partners, and vendors. Lot pages and the team area are restricted to approved users.

2. Restricted areas

Without authorization, you may not:

Use another person's sign-in link
Access lot pages or team systems
Attempt to retrieve or infer confidential information

Unauthorized access may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable law.

3. License (limited and revocable)

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site to evaluate business with Third Wheel Brands. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Confidentiality

Lot details, pricing, documents, and other non-public information shared through the Site are proprietary and confidential. Keep them to yourself and use them only to evaluate the deal they describe.

5. Offers and orders

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell. Goods are reserved once an order is confirmed in writing. Lot size, price, packaging, restrictions, channel, territory, and shipping are agreed in writing.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the details you submit. Use of the Site is subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA / CPRA, and New York privacy and data security laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end access at any time for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
